On Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 5:05 PM to 08:05 PM EST (905 - 1205 UTC), we will implement a non-disruptive power circuit maintenance for several racks in our EWR1 facility.
During the maintenance, engineers will cut secondary connections over to new circuits which extend to a redundant power supply in the Data Center. This process has been designed as non-disruptive; however engineers will be on-site to ensure any unexpected impact is resolved as quickly as possible.
If you have infrastructure that is in the scope of this upgrade, a direct notification via email will be sent to the maintenance email address listed within your Equinix Metal organization. Please reach out to our support team at support@equinixmetal.com if you have any questions or concerns.
