On September 16th, 2020, between 6:00 and 7:00 PM EST (September 16, 2020, 2200-2300 UTC), we will reload a rack switch pair in EWR1 to alleviate a fault condition.

During the maintenance, Packet engineers will reboot both members of the switch pair. Customers in these racks will experience approximately 20 minutes downtime during the reboot.
