On Wednesday September 29th, 2021 between 10:30 and 11:30 AM PDT (17:30 - 18:30 UTC), we will be reloading a core router in our Los Angeles metro to alleviate a fault condition.

During the maintenance, Equinix Metal engineers will divert traffic from a core routing device so diagnostics can be performed to clear a fault condition. Traffic will be restored following the diagnostics. Due to the nature of the work being performed, you may experience brief packet loss and/or added latency while traffic is diverted to alternate paths.
