On Tuesday October 6, 2020 between 08:30 and 09:30 EST (October 6, 2020, 1230-1330 UTC), we will perform a scheduled maintenance on our customer Portal and API. We do not anticipate any extended disruption, but the maintenance could result in our customer portal and API being unavailable intermittently over the course of the maintenance window.

During the brief periods in which the Portal and API are unavailable, endpoints will not be accessible. API requests may fail. As this maintenance does not impact our network or customer infrastructure directly, anything that is already deployed will continue to be accessible.
