On Thursday, March 28th, 2023 between 16:00 and 22:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure decommission, and capacity enhancements.

Customers with redundant interconnections will experience an impact on secondary virtual/dedicated circuits for approximately 30 minutes as devices are upgraded. Redundant primary virtual/dedicated circuits will remain in operation. Customers with non-redundant interconnections may see mixed impact to their virtual/dedicated circuits.

No customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
