On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 between 08:00 and 12:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades, and capacity enhancements.

Customers with servers configured with broken bonds will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as switches are upgraded. Customers with standard bond configurations may observe impact to one bond member at a time only.

Customers with non-redundant dedicated interconnections will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as devices are upgraded. Customers with redundant dedicated interconnections may observe impact to one connection at a time only. Shared interconnections are not in the scope of this maintenance.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
