On Thursday, June 15th, 2023 between 01:00 and 05:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades, and shared fabric connection migrations to new hardware to improve functionality and capacity.

Customers with non-redundant interconnections may lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as device capacity is upgraded. Customers with redundant interconnections may observe impact on one connection at a time only.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
