On Monday, July 16, 2018 at 21:00 EDT, we will perform an emergency software upgrade on a single top of rack switch in our EWR1 facility. During this maintenance, servers in the impacted rack will be inaccessible on the network for up to sixty (60) minutes.

This event impacts a single rack, and therefore a small number of customer machines. The owner of organizations with impacted machines will receive an individual notice, which will include a specific list of affected servers.
