On Monday, September 22nd, 2025 from 02:00 - 04:00 UTC, we will perform a planned network maintenance to perform a hardware replacement of a single member of a redundant pair customer-facing switch in the New York Metro
This maintenance is to correct a fault condition that is impacting customer services. Customers with servers configured with unbonded network modes may lose connectivity to some services for approximately 30 minutes as the switch is replaced. Customers with properly configured bonded modes should not lose connectivity but could see impact to individual bond members at separate times.
No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made. This maintenance does not impact any customer whose servers are not directly connected to this device.
