Scheduled

On Wednesday, August 31st, 2022 between 18:00 and 20:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades, and capacity enhancements. Engineers will be upgrading capacity to the dedicated interconnection platform in the SV metro.

Customers with non-redundant dedicated interconnections may lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as device capacity is upgraded. Customers with redundant dedicated interconnections may observe impact to one connection at a time only. Shared interconnections are not in the scope of this maintenance.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
