On Friday, October 23, 2020 at {01:00 - 01:30 UTC), we will reboot rack switch cluster in SJC1 to alleviate a fault condition.

During the upgrade, Packet engineers will reboot both members of the switch pair. Customers in this rack will experience approximately 20 minutes of downtime during the reboot process.
