On Thursday, April 6th, 2023 between 17:30 and 21:30 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure decommission, and capacity enhancements.

No customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.

Metros in the scope of this maintenance: Hong Kong and Sao Paulo.
