On Monday, June 20th, 2022 between 03:00 and 07:00 AM EST (07:00 - 11:00 UTC), we will conduct emergency maintenance on a core router in our DC metro due to fault condition that occurred during scheduled maintenance on June 19th.
During the maintenance, Equinix Metal engineers will normalize traffic to the affected device and assess/debug the condition. Due to the nature of the work being performed, you may experience brief packet loss and/or added latency during the diagnostics.
Customers with non-redundant Fabric connections will lose connectivity if traffic isolation of the device is required. Customers with redundant Fabric connections may observe impact to their primary connections only.
