On Tuesday, October 14th, 2025 from 06:00 - 08:00 UTC, we will perform a planned network maintenance on a single member of a redundant pair router in the Chicago Metro.

This maintenance is to replace a failed router. Engineers will use graceful mechanisms to transition traffic thus no impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.

Metros in the scope of this maintenance: Chicago.
