Planned Network Maintenance - Multiple Metros

On Thursday, October 1st, 2026 between 17:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance.

Customers with redundant interconnections will see impact on secondary shared and dedicated circuits for approximately 30 minutes as devices are upgraded. Redundant primary virtual circuits will remain in operation. Customers with non-redundant interconnections may see mixed impact on their virtual circuits.

Metros in the scope of this maintenance: Mumbai, Osaka, Singapore, Seoul and Sydney.
