On Thursday, September 29th, 2022 - 18:00 - 19:30 UTC, we will an urgent network maintenance to perform a hardware replacement of a single TOR (Top Of Rack) switch in AM6 to alleviate a fault condition.

Only customers with servers directly connected to this device and configured with broken bonds will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as the switch is replaced. Customers with standard bond configurations may observe impact to one bond member at a time only.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made. This maintenance does not impact any customer whose servers are not directly connected to this device.
