On Sunday, June 06, 2021, at 03:00 AM to 07:00 AM EST (0700 - 1100 UTC), we will conduct a network upgrade on several switch pairs in our DFW2 facility.
Pairs of switches will be upgraded together, causing interruption to network connectivity for some customers for approximately 15 minutes per switch pair.
There may be multiple occurrences of impact during the maintenance window as switch pairs will require multiple reloads within the window.
Customers with servers impacted by this maintenance will receive a notice by email indicating which of their servers will experience network interruptions.
