On Thursday, March 20th, 2025 from 18:00 - 19:00 UTC, we will perform an emergency network maintenance on a single member of a redundant pair customer-facing switch in the London Metro.

This maintenance is to correct a fault condition that is impacting customer services. Customers with servers configured with unbonded network modes may lose connectivity to some services for approximately 30 minutes as the switch is reloaded. Customers with properly configured bonded modes should not lose connectivity but should see impact to individual bond member nics at separate times.
