On Monday, May 3rd, 2021 between 02:00 - 04:00 AEST (1600 - 1800 UTC), we will be rebooting and upgrading two (2) rack switch clusters in SYD2 to apply an update to correct a potential fault in the switches running firmware.

Customers in these racks will experience approximately 15 minutes of downtime for each switch pair during the reboot process.
