On Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 between 08:00 and 10:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades, and capacity enhancements.

Customers with servers configured with broken bonds will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as switches are upgraded. Customers with standard bond configurations may observe impact to one bond member at a time only.

Shared and dedicated interconnections are out of the scope of this maintenance.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.

Metros in the scope of this maintenance: Dallas (DFW2), San Jose (SJC1), Chicago (CH3)
