On Thursday, March 16th, 2023 from 20:00 - 21:30 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance on a backbone router in the Hong Kong Metro.

Customers with non-redundant Fabric connections will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as routers are isolated and rebooted. Customers with redundant Fabric connections may observe impact to one connection at a time only.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
