On Thursday, December 9th, 2021, at 06:00 - 07:00 PST (14:00 - 15:00 UTC), we will perform a scheduled maintenance on a single rack switch cluster in our SJC1 facility to apply an update to correct a potential fault in the switch running firmware.

Customers in this rack will experience approximately 15 minutes of downtime during the reboot process.
