Planned Network Maintenance - TR Metro

On Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 between 02:00 and 05:00 UTC, we will perform a planned network maintenance on a redundant core router.

During the maintenance, will temporarily divert traffic from the affected router to allow diagnostics to be performed and clear an existing fault condition. Traffic will be restored to its original path once the work is complete.

Due to the nature of this activity, customers may experience brief periods of packet loss and/or increased latency while traffic is redirected to alternate paths. No additional customer impact is expected.

Metros in the scope of this maintenance: Toronto.
