On Friday, January 08, 2021 at 01:00 - 02:00 EST (06:00 - 07:00 UTC), we will perform an urgent upgrade and reboot rack switch cluster in SJC1 to alleviate a fault condition.

During the window, Equinix Metal engineers will upgrade and reboot both members of the switch cluster. Customers in this rack will experience approximately 20 minutes of downtime during the reboot process.
