On Sunday, April 24th, 2022 between 12:00 - 18:00 UTC, we will perform our monthly scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades and capacity enhancements.

Customers with servers configured with broken bonds will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as switches are upgraded. Customers with standard bond configurations may observe impact to one bond member at a time only.

Customers with non-redundant Fabric or dedicated connections will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as devices are upgraded. Customers with redundant Fabric and dedicated connections may observe impact to one connection at a time only.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.

Metros in scope of this Monthly Maintenance: Hong Kong, Seoul, Sydney, Tokyo
