On Wednesday, April 17th, 2024 between 07:00 and 13:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure decommission, and capacity enhancements.

Customers with redundant interconnections will experience an impact on primary virtual/dedicated circuits for approximately 30 minutes as devices are upgraded. Redundant secondary virtual/dedicated circuits will remain in operation. Customers with non-redundant interconnections may see mixed impact on their virtual/dedicated circuits.

Metros in the scope of this maintenance: Chicago and Los Angeles.
