On Friday, August 21, 2026, between 00:30 UTC and 01:30 UTC, we will perform emergency network maintenance on a customer-facing shared fabric switch in the Singapore metro.

Customers with redundant interconnections may experience an impact to their secondary shared and dedicated circuits for up to 30 minutes while the device is rebooted. Primary shared and dedicated circuits will remain operational during this maintenance.

Customers with non-redundant interconnections may experience an impact to both shared and dedicated circuits during the maintenance window.
