On Sunday, June 19th, 2022 between 07:00 - 14:00 UTC, we will perform our monthly scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades, and capacity enhancements.

Customers with servers configured with broken bonds will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as switches are upgraded. Customers with standard bond configurations may observe impact to bond members one at a time.

Customers with non-redundant dedicated connections will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as related devices are upgraded. Customers with redundant dedicated connections will observe impact to primary and secondary connections separately.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.

Metros in the scope of this Monthly Maintenance: Washington DC (DC1, DC13), and New York (NY5)
