Our engineers have identified and resolved a technical glitch in our Metal provisioning system. This glitch caused machines to be incorrectly marked as successfully provisioned, even though they were not available.

This issue may have caused inconvenience for a limited number of customers, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption caused.
