On Saturday, September 17th, 2022 between 04:00 - 10:00 UTC, we will perform our monthly scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades, and capacity enhancements.

Customers with non-redundant shared Fabric connections will lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as related devices are upgraded. Customers with redundant shared Fabric connections will observe impact to primary and secondary connections separately.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
