On Friday, October 1st, 2021 between 14:30 and 16:00 PM EDT (18:30 - 20:00 UTC), we will be reloading core routers in our Atlanta metro to alleviate a fault condition.
During the maintenance, Equinix Metal engineers will divert traffic from a core routing device so diagnostics can be performed to clear a fault condition. Traffic will be restored following the diagnostics. Due to the nature of the work being performed, you may experience brief packet loss and/or added latency while traffic is diverted to alternate paths.
