Planned Network Maintenance - Multiple Metros

On Wednesday, January 21st, 2026 between 05:00 and 11:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments and configuration changes.

Customers with redundant shared fabric connections may experience minimal packet loss to their secondary virtual circuits while route changes and adjustments are made. Redundant primary virtual circuits will remain in operation. Customers with non-redundant interconnections may experience limited or no impact to their virtual circuits.

Metros in the scope of this maintenance: Washington DC, Dallas, Mexico City and Sao Paulo.
