On Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 between 19:00 and 23:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure decommission, and capacity enhancements.

Customers with redundant shared fabric connections will experience an impact on primary virtual circuits for approximately 30 minutes as devices are upgraded. Redundant secondary virtual circuits will remain in operation. Customers with non-redundant interconnections may see mixed impact to their virtual circuits.

Metros in the scope of this maintenance: Hong Kong, Mumbai, Osaka
