On Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 from 18:00 - 20:00 UTC, we will perform an urgent network maintenance on a redundant core router in the Singapore Metro.

During the maintenance, Equinix Metal engineers will divert traffic from a core router so diagnostics can be performed to clear a fault condition. Traffic will be restored following the diagnostics. Due to the nature of the work being performed, you may experience brief packet loss and/or added latency while traffic is diverted to alternate paths. No other customer impact is expected.
