On Tuesday, January 17th, 2023 between 13:00 and 14:30 UTC, we will perform an urgent network maintenance to conduct a hardware replacement in NY5 to alleviate a fault condition.

Customers with servers configured with broken bonds will lose connectivity for approximately 20 minutes as the new switch is replaced and upgraded. Customers with standard bond configurations may observe impact to one bond member only.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
