On Thursday, November 16th, 2023 between 18:00 and 01:00 UTC (11/17/23), we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. During this maintenance, engineers will be migrating shared fabric connections to new hardware to improve functionality and capacity. The primary and secondary shared interconnections will be migrated separately one at a time with ~5-minute impact as each is migrated. Services will be validated as operational following each migration.

Additionally, during this maintenance window, other non-impacting backbone-level route adjustments will be made. No customer impact is expected during this portion of the maintenance, however you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
