On Tuesday, October 15th, 2024 between 16:00 and 22:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades, and capacity enhancements.
As part of this maintenance, our engineers will be inserting new switches into the current topology to facilitate future expansion. While this maintenance is being carried out, customers using ECMP or anycast configurations may experience changes in traffic patterns. We recommend verifying that your traffic is functioning as expected once the maintenance is completed.
No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
