On Sunday, February 26th, 2023 between 15:00 - 22:00 UTC, we will perform our monthly scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure upgrades, and capacity enhancements.

No customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.

Update - We are conducting an emergency reload of our core router in SE Metro to alleviate a fault condition.

Currently no customer impact as traffic will be filtered gracefully before reloads are completed.

During this maintenance engineers will be migrating core routing to a new infrastructure containing larger capacity. All routers in the scope of this maintenance are deployed in a redundant manner. Engineers will gracefully drain traffic from existing routers and return traffic while maintaining redundancy.

No customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.
