Customers with non-redundant interconnections may lose connectivity for approximately 30 minutes as device capacity is upgraded. Customers with redundant interconnections may observe impact on one connection at a time only.

No other customer impact is expected, although you may experience increased latency or minimal packet loss while route changes and adjustments are made.

Scheduled - On Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM EST (16:00-20:00 UTC), we will perform a scheduled maintenance on our site infrastructure in la4. We do not anticipate any extended disruption, but the maintenance could result in provisioning being unavailable intermittently over the course of the maintenance window.

If provisioning becomes unavailable for brief periods, la4 site endpoints will not be accessible (e.g. metadata requests in this facility). As this maintenance does not impact our network or customer infrastructure directly, anything that is already deployed will continue to be accessible.
